There is 1 parking spot available on the driveway, additional street parking for visitors, and a very short walk to bus stops.

Property is located on a dead-end street, and backs onto trails.

Upper level tenant is lovely, and a quiet non-smoking tenant is an absolute must!

I pride myself on being a friendly and reasonable landlord, and can provide references from outgoing/existing tenants.

I live in London and not an absentee landlord.

Property is located near bus route (Wellington and Grand Ave.)

Victoria Hospital is a 3 minute drive away, 20 minute walk, and 7 minutes on the bus.

St. Joseph's Hospital is a 9 minute drive away, and a 16 minute bus ride.

University Hospital is a 12 minute drive away, and a 23 minute bus ride. 

Please double check these times as they may vary due to construction/closures.
