Furnished Steps from KGH, Queen's U and the Pier!

We are a Dentist and Veterinarian couple with a four bedroom, two bathroom upper level apartment (one other unit below) in a lovely brick house steps from Kingston General Hospital, Queen's, University, the Pier, Downtown! We have moved to TO for work and have a vacant unit available from December 1 st - April 30th, 2025. 

I've compared and we are well below market average. We are also one of the few accepting short term leases. We are simply trying to break even while the unit is vacant. We can accommodate 1-2 medical students at a time (I have one bedroom set up and may set up another if there is interest). Accommodation includes a private locking bedroom and private bathroom. Kitchen is very lightly furnished and shared. Wood floors, no carpet. Portable A/C. Recent private balcony space.

Parking may also be available.

Look on Google maps, the location is unbeatable-- 600meters from the Pier, minutes from Queen's, less than 10 minute walk along the boardwalk to KGH!
