Description

Original 1942 2 bedroom home. 540 square feet. Front and backyard. A block from the Rideau River and springhurst park. Runners delight. Ski on the Rideau winter trail. 15 min bike to CHEO/General. 23 mins bike to Civic. This street is busy with kids, small elementary school 3 blocks away. We happily lived in this home with our family of five for many years, and now live in the house next door.
