My husband and I and two kids (1 & 5) will require a 3+ bedroom 1+ bathroom DETACHED home with parking for March 1st, 2026, or earlier. We would ideally like the neighbourhoods of NDG, Cote Des Neiges, Verdun, Cote St Paul, Ville Emard or ideally within a 20-minute drive of JGH and MUHC.

About us: We are bilingual, non-smokers and have no pets. I am in a 5-year residency program and my husband works for the Federal Government remotely from home. We love to spend our time skiing, hiking, cycling and generally being outdoors. A backyard is therefore a huge plus. Being close to parks, playgrounds, daycares and transit are a priority.  We are hoping to find a long-term rental and would wish to stay possibly for 5 years. As such, we respectfully ask that anyone intending to rent for short term not reply. Thank you!
