My husband and I are looking to sublet our bright, spacious one-bedroom apartment in the Seaton Village neighbourhood for a four- to eight-week period. Our fourth-floor unit has beautiful hardwood floors, a lovely bay window overlooking the front garden and -- a favourite among visitors-- a clawfoot tub. Decorated in MCM style, it is fully furnished and includes a living room, dining room and bedroom with a queen bed. Laundry is available in the building. Dogs are welcome, although unfortunately no cats. Parking is included.

In terms of local amenities, there are an abundance of restaurants, grocery stores and other fun shops within a ten-minute walking radius. We're located a three-minute walk from Bathurst Subway station.
