This tiny home is located in a private area on the property of a local  ER physician.  The property is a 15 min drive from Huntsville Hospital and the town.

The tiny  home has a main bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with 2 single beds.

There is a full bathroom with a shower.  The main room has a propane fireplace with a mounted 46 inch LED TV above it with an Apple TV.  

As well, there is a kitchenette with sink, fridge, microwave, hot plate, coffee maker, kettle  and toaster oven. There is a bar table with two stools. 

Renters can use our BBQ and we are happy to share our waterfront and boats so you can enjoy peaceful, motor-restricted Walker Lake.

The unit has a heat pump for both AC and heating. 

FREE PARKING for two vehicles.

This rental is not meant for people who want to come to the waterfront for a holiday. It is intended for health care workers who can enjoy the waterfront while they are in town to work. No pets, no children.
