Fully furnished with all utilities, wifi, and parking included. Shared living room and kitchen, with access to shared outdoor space to relax when you finally get a minute to yourself. Right beside a huge park with access to to the Muskoka River. Looking for someone who would be a good fit for a neat and tidy yet laid back house. Must be dog-friendly, as I share a friendly, well-behaved black lab. Non-smokers only due to scent sensititives. No smoking, vaping, or 420 on property.  

I'm an early 40s professional and I've spent years in academia, so I understand busy schedules. While I'm not in medicine myself, nearly all my friends are medical professionals (NP, RN, PA, RT, OT, PT, etc).
