2.  Upper heritage suite.  About $800 sf.  Living room, bathroom, queen bedroom, hallway and kitchenette equipped with induction cook top, microwave/small oven, air fryer, crock pot and rice cooker.

3.  Large, new luxury master suite with en suite bathroom, walk in closet,  TV, living space, small desk.  Access to all common areas including large kitchen (minimally shared), large living room, garden, patios. 

All units have barbecues or access to barbecues and the large garden.

All units have one parking space, off street, assigned.  There is also plenty of visitor parking and street parking with a permit from the City.
