I'm a Mac Diagnostic Radiology R1, and the basement suite in my home is available for short- or long-term rental starting June 1st if anyone is looking 🙂 The house is in a great location—just a 2-minute walk to Locke Street (safe, quiet neighbourhood with lots of cafes and restaurants), and very central to all Hamilton hospitals. It's about a 10-minute drive to Hamilton General Hospital and within walking distance to St. Joseph's Hospital. The suite is fully furnished and includes a private entrance, bathroom, and laundry. All utilities are included, along with high-speed internet. Street parking is available. Rent is $450/week or $2,000/month.
