The home is about a 40-minute walk, a 10-minute bike ride, or a 25-minute walk/bus/walk from the two Kingston hospitals (HDH and KGH).
There are all new appliances in the full kitchen, as well as in the in-suite laundry.

The large master bedroom (darker - with smaller windows), has a small closet as well as a walk-in closet. The other two, bright, bedrooms have enlarged windows, are smaller, and would be ideal as offices. One of the small bedrooms has a walk-in closet.

Centennial Public School is a 5-minute walk; LCVI (secondary) is a 10-minute walk.
The house would be shared with a tenant family, upstairs, with three calm, respectful teenagers.

The backyard is partially fenced in, and is shared with the upstairs tenants. There is a shed and a carport, either of which can be used to store bicycles.
There is room in the driveway for two cars for each apartment.
