House is located 3 blocks from the ocean, 1 block from bus stop with direct line to UBC, which is 15 minutes by bus. St Paul's, VGH and Children's are 15 mins by car, 25 mins by bus. Within walking distance are grocery stores, restaurants and shops. Jericho and Kits Beaches are both walkable.
