I own this apartment and keep it clean and well maintained. I only live here part time so you will frequently have the place to yourself.  This is one bedroom for one female tenant in a shared 2BR apartment. This is a historic brownstone walk up building (no elevator) on the 3rd floor (2 fights).  I am only 10 blocks to Columbia University Irving Medical Center and a short train ride from other NYC hospitals. The apartment is very spacious (for NYC) and has an in unit washer/dryer (rare in NY) and AC.  There is a huge fully stocked kitchen for your convenience.  The A express train is right on the corner which is a quick commute to other areas of the city.  Washinton Heights is a safe and vibrant residential community in upper Manhattan with tons of grocery stores, restaurants and shops.   I will require a school ID and engagement letter from the hospital you will be working in, as well as a quick zoom meeting.
