Beddings and towels are also available in the unit as it is also my home when I need to come back to town for work. (My dates are flexible though.)

Utilities, WIfi are included. Looking for monthly long term tenants (Max 2 people). I have some flexibility as I understand that there are medical residents working on elective rotations.
