Less than 24 min bus to Peter Lougheed Hospital and 29 min bus to Foothill Hospital and UofC.

800 sqft 1 bedroom + office + 1 bathroom tranquil century house at a core location, renovated with heart and furnished with one queen-sized bed, a comfortable living area with a sofa and a dining table for 4, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Beddings and towels are also available in the unit as my parents sometimes stay when visiting. (Dates are flexible though.)

Big front and back yards are available for relaxing and sunbathing. (Backyard with a big deck) Hammock is available during summer months. Street Parking is free. Utilities, WIfi are included. Looking for monthly long term tenants (Max 2 people). I have some flexibility as I understand that there are medical residents working on elective rotations. No Smoking of any kinds and No Pets.
