A private bathroom with tub is right beside it. Access to the kitchen is included. The rental cost includes all utilities, internet, laundry facility and biweekly cleaning for $850/month. Semi-private entrance. Parking may be available. Seeking a quiet, mature, non-smoking person, preferably vegetarian.
