Welcome, My home is open to a female who is looking for a nice clean, quiet & convenient place to reside while on placement. I have my son (7) part time (week on/week off), we live in a great neighbour close to transit (1.5 blocks away), close to great restaurants (walking distance), and over 10 grocery stores/markets (walking distance). There is free street parking right outside the front door. I have a lovely backyard patio off the main living area, and a yard. Our home is bright and spacious. If there is a dedicated 'study space' needed you can study in a separate room in the basement that has lots of daylight.
