Furnished Master Bedroom with bathroom

Corner house. Downstairs 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. Large lot. Gazebo in back. Shared living room and kitchen. Washer/dryer in garage. Covered parking. Close to 3 major streets for bus line, Charleston Sahara, and Decatur. Groceries close too, Walmart and Aldi. Restaurants and other shopping also close. Close to Valley Medical Hospital Shadow Lane and UNLV Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine Shadow Lane Campus. Area also called Las Vegas Medical District. I live upstairs in the master loft (living room, bedroom and bathroom). I have 1 other roommate who I have know since high school (20 years). He works fulltime daily, mostly stays in his room (bit of a gamer). The house is very quiet. I do have 2 dogs, both well behaved and stay close to me.
