This cozy unit is part of a detached single family home with a shared private yard, garden, and laundry. I work at the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences at UBC and live upstairs, working from home 3 days a week.

The home is in a centrally located, quiet neighbourhood that's also close to amenities, shops, grocery stores, transit, and local hospitals. The backyard is a sunny, south-facing, enclosed space.
