You'll have the master bedroom with a walk-in closet and balcony. The condo is just a 3-minute walk from Main St-Science World Skytrain Station and close to several bus lines. It's fully furnished and includes amenities like air conditioning, a dishwasher, and in-suite laundry. There's also a BBQ on the balcony. All utilities and internet are included.

The building has great perks too, including a rooftop patio with beautiful views of False Creek, a gym, a yoga/stretching area, a brand-new infrared sauna, and a shared party room/lounge with a large furnished patio. You'll have access to one underground parking stall, and there's bike storage available on a first-come, first-served basis.
