The bathroom is large with a tub, separate shower stall and shared with the owner. There is a space in the bathroom for you to keep your toiletries. There is a cozy living room with a wood stove and TV. Wifi is provided. The large kitchen is shared and there is a shelf and fridge space for any food that you purchase for yourself. It is fully stocked with all the things (pots, pans etc) you will need to food prep with the groceries you buy. Off the kitchen is a large deck with a comfy outdoor couch and small table and chairs plus a BBq. A nice place to study on a warm evening or weekend. There is access to a washer and dryer in the basement. There is air conditioning. The bus stop is a 1 minute walk from the house and the bus goes directly to all the hospitals and Dalhousie University. It takes 10-15 minutes depending on which hospital, traffic and time of day. There are many amenities close by. The grocery store is a 13 minute walk away, the pharmacy 10 minutes to walk to. There are many pizza places, pubs and restaurants within a 5 -20minute walk. There are also parks close by, tennis courts, a basket ball court and a skate boarding park. There is an 11 yr old Golden Doodle, Ruby, who lives here part time and loves people.
