River Run Loft is a quaint one bedroom apartment on the north branch of the Muskoka River. It is situated on the second floor of an adjoining apartment unit to the main home, a breezeway private entrance to the main home separates the two buildings.  The upstairs unit has it's own private entrance and private stairs. 

The apartment also has new appliances, a new glass shower, fresh paint and newly finished pine plank floors. The rustic new live edge bar, furnishings and pine barn doors were made from white pine trees on the property and add a warm Muskoka cottage feel to this cosy well appointed retreat. The vaulted ceiling, open concept kitchen/ living space and large picture window keep it bright and airy.  There is a three piece bathroom (shower only) and separate bedroom. (There is a wash and fold laundry service in Bracebridge).

Our home is on a private, peaceful two acre property on High Falls Rd., north of Bracebridge. We are seven minutes to town along Muskoka Rd. #4 and three minutes to Highway 11. Some dock and river access available. Canoe and kayaks are also available for use.

This tranquil setting is an opportunity to experience the solitude and beauty of Muskoka's nature.

The apartment is rented furnished.  Rental rates are nightly/ 180.00, weekly/ 945.00 and monthly/ 2200.00.  Rates include hydro, heat, air conditioning, high speed internet, parking, snow removal, winter path shoveling, garbage removal, some use of waterfront and river access, use of canoe and kayak.  Bedding, linens and towels may be included.

Kitchen is fully equipped with:  dishes, glasses, pots, pans, utensils, microwave, Keurig 8 cup drip/single cup reusable pod system Coffee Maker, French press coffeemaker, slow cooker, kettle, teapot, toaster, hand mixer and bullet blender.

The 2" live edge pine kitchen table is easily converted to desk space, larger desk option is also available. The table is on wheels and can be easily moved to create additional counter/island space for kitchen usage or to make use of it in another location in the apartment.
