We are pleased to offer a Meds Housing Rate. Rental rates are nightly 150.00, weekly 750.00 and monthly 2100.00, year round for meds housing shorter term tenants only. 

The apartment is rented furnished and is well equipped.  Rates include hydro, heat, air conditioning, wifi, high speed internet, parking for two, snow removal, winter path shoveling, garbage removal, use of waterfront , river access and kayaks.  Bedding, linens and towels are included. New laundry facilities available on site

River Run Loft is on a private, peaceful two acre property on High Falls Rd., north of Bracebridge. We are seven minutes to town and SMMH hospital along Muskoka Rd. #4 and three minutes to Highway 11, 25 min to HDMH hospital.

The Loft is a quaint one bedroom apartment on the north branch of the Muskoka River. It is situated on the second floor of an addition to the main home, a breezeway private entrance to the main home separates the two buildings.  The upstairs unit has it's own private entrance, keyless entry and private stairs.

The apartment has been recently updated with new appliances, a new glass shower, fresh paint and newly finished pine plank floors. The rustic live edge bar, furnishings and pine barn doors add a warm Muskoka cottage feel to this cosy well appointed retreat. The vaulted ceiling, open concept kitchen/ living space and large picture window keep it bright and airy. There is a three piece bathroom (shower only) and separate bedrooom.  

The kitchen is fully equipped from a Keurig 8 cup drip/reusable pod system Coffee Maker to a basic staple supply ready for your arrival and convenience:  spices/oils,  coffee,  tea and dish soap. You will have everything you need.

In the cosy living space you will find a 50" smart tv for your entertainment as well as games and puzzles.  

A dedicated office area has supplies and a power station available on the convertible  desk/dining table.  The 2" live edge pine kitchen table is easily converted to desk space, larger desk options are also available. The table is on wheels and can be easily moved to create additional counter/island space for kitchen usage. (see photos of table in front of window and in kitchen as additional counter space)
