IMPORTANT NOTES FOR SHIFT WORKERS:

 
This is a private, locked lower-level suite with its own separate entrance (Stairs access only). Please note that my family and I live on the upper levels of the home with our two young children (ages 2 and 4). While we are incredibly respectful of our tenants, you may hear typical daytime toddler footsteps. This space is best suited for professionals working standard day shifts or heavy sleepers. A white noise machine is provided should you require it.

 
LEASE REQUIREMENTS (31+ Day Minimum (Up to 60 Days Maximum):

 
To ensure the safety and comfort of our home, all applicants must provide proof of medical rotation, locum contract, or employment at a Toronto hospital, and communicate via an institutional email address. Please provide a Valid Photo ID. A standard Ontario Residential Tenancy Agreement with terms must be signed prior to check-in.
