The home is ideally located just 2 km from Surrey Memorial Hospital, the Jim Pattison Outpatient Care and Surgery Centre, and the SFU Surrey Campus, making your daily commute quick and convenient.

You'll also enjoy easy access to Surrey City Centre, the Port Mann and Pattullo Bridges, and public transit just steps from the property. Downtown Vancouver is approximately a 45-minute SkyTrain ride away.

Everything you need is nearby, including a variety of restaurants, cafés, and takeout options are located nearby, including sushi, Indian cuisine, Mexican food, healthy meal options, coffee shops, and casual dining - making it easy to grab a quick meal between hospital shifts or study sessions.

The bedroom (12 x 13) is currently unfurnished, but we are happy to discuss furnishing options for the right fit and length of stay.

You will be sharing the home with our family of three. We are a quiet, respectful household with two adults who work full-time and our daughter, who is attending post-secondary full-time at the Justice Institute of British Columbia.

We are also a pet-friendly home with a friendly family dog and cat who are part of our household.
