Furnished Quiet and cozy Armdale studio apartment

This studio apartment with bonus room is available for short or long stays. The suite has a full kitchen with a breakfast bar, three-piece bathroom, fiber internet and space outside in the front yard. The apartment is super quiet and on excellent bus routes to downtown.

I live upstairs with my friendly dog, so this is not a place for parties. There is free shared laundry in the basement and a private entrance to the apartment. 

All utilities are included for short-term (less than a month) rentals. For longer-term rentals, heat will be charged on top of the the rent (1/3 of the oil and electric bills).

Located just off the Armdale Rotary, the apartment is a 30 second walk from the 9 a/b bus and the 127 express which take you downtown to all hospitals within 15 minutes. There are wonderful green spaces around the neighbourhood, including Long Lake Provincial Park, McIntosh Run and Dingle Park.
