A quiet place to land, minutes from Lions Gate Hospital.

If you are coming to North Vancouver for a rotation, a residency block, or a locum contract, two things matter more than anything else: how far are you from the hospital, and how well you sleep once you get home.

This suite will serve both.

We are less than 5 minutes walking from Lions Gate Hospital on a no-thru street so traffic noise is at a minimum.

The space

The suite is private and fully self-contained, with it's own entrance.

• A separate bedroom with a large closet and desk - real room to study, chart, or take a call.
• A lounge of it's own so your bedroom stays your bedroom.
• A kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, stovetop and sink - everything you need for a proper meal at an improper hour.
• A full bathroom with sink and tub.

The neighbourhood

Central Lonsdale is a block and a half away. Groceries, restaurants and everyday shopping are an easy short walk.

Getting around

There is no parking with the suite, but transit options are close by and Lonsdale is easy and walkable. If you do bring a car, there are free parking options about a block away subject to North Van's parking regulations.

Laundry

Laundry is shared with us, the household upstairs, and the machines are located within the suite. We enter twice a week on a schedule that we agree with you in advance. No surprises or drop-ins.
