Description

I am a PGY4 plastic surgery resident with a 2 bed 1 bath apartment near VGH.  Apartment is 10 minutes walking from VGH, 15 minute bike from SPH, and 15 min bike to BCCH. Super close to shops, Granville island, and seawall. Gym in the building and in-suite laundry. I am renting out the spare bedroom in my condo and will be living in the unit as well. Please see availability calendar for available dates. Rates for spare bedroom while I am also in the unit are $1800/mo or $1200 for 2 weeks. I do not rent for less than 2 weeks.

I will also be away on elective during periods below and renting out the whole unit for $2500/mo or $1500 for two weeks:

Block 6: Nov 16 - Dec 13

Block 8: Jan 12 - Feb 8

Block 9: Feb 9 - March 8
