Furnished Room in spacious apartment with private bathroom

I’m an ICU nurse at TOH and I’m looking to fill a room in my apartment for short term periods. The space is a furnished 1 bedroom with private bathroom with a spacious kitchen, dining and living room (shared spaces) with ample storage. The unit has in-suite laundry, outdoor private patio space, along with a parking spot included. Located in old Ottawa east, only a 10 minute drive to both the civic and general campuses, both within biking distance as well. 5 minute walk to the Canal, grocery store and other amenities. *the photo included of the bedroom was taken when a pull-out couch was in there, I have a double bed in lieu of the couch
