Furnished Self-Contained 1 bdr Suite - 2km from NGH

► Who are we:

35 -ish yo couple. Tiphaine is from France, Justin is from Saskatchewan. No children nor pets but we do love dogs! So don't hesitate to bring one. We live full-time on the main floor. As a good european girl, T likes to avoid using a car as much as possible and the location of this house allows it.  We like going for a paddleboard trip around the Newcastle island visible from the house or have a run along the harbourfront walkway 300m away. T is away in Vancouver for work at least two nights a week, living proof that the passenger ferry is easily accessible from the house and enjoyable for quick getaways in the city. The BC ferry is not even 3 min driving away.

• Separate entrance
• Parking spot next to your doorway
• Queen size bed in the bedroom
• Pull-out couch in the living room that can turn in a double bed. (Extra sheets & duvet for extra guest can be negotiated)
• Access to the shared laundry room located next to the garage can be provided upon request some days for guests staying more than 5 days
• Large South facing backyard, complete with fire pit and outdoors couch / chairs. We usually use mainly our deck.
• Full size fridge including freezer in the suite, just not in the pictures
• Kitchen fully equipped but we are available for assistance anytime, don't hesitate to request anything that seems to be missing!

• 350m walking away from the Harbourfront Walkay - 30 min walking to downtown nanaimo
• 1.9km from the closest groceries store (10 min biking)
• 300 m from Bus 20 / 20A / 25 going to the mall / ferries
• 700m from Bus 1 & Evo Electric Scooter / Bike Share Parking Spot
