      - Living room:  double sleeper L-shaped couch, comfy chair,  42" TV on a stand with DVD player and basic cable, coffee table, lamp

     - Kitchen: Fully equipped with lots of cupboards and drawers, utensils, modern fridge, full electric stove/oven, microwave, toaster over, Nespresso coffee maker, drip coffee maker, kettle, etc.

     - Dining area: Modern round dining table with four chairs, lamp

     - Office space: Desk with chair located in the spacious foyer area

     - Bathroom: 4-piece with shower and towel bars and stand

     - Backyard: Outside patio table with benches and chairs

Laundry is available in the host's house but not in the unit for extra charge. Speak to us about options. Routine cleaning is also available for extra charge.

The apartment is 2.5km to University Street hospitals - Sick Kids, Mount Sinai, Toronto General, Princess Margaret, and 1km to Toronto Western Hospital. All are easily accessible by foot, bicycle, or public transit.
