Furnished The West Ender-Room for rent -shared accommodation with IWK RN who travels often

I am a RN who works at the IWK and travels often.

I have a bright sunny spare bedroom and bathroom, fully furnished to rent out to someone in the medical community who is coming to Halifax.

There is a bus stop meters from the house, a bike available for use or you can walk to all of the hospitals and medical school in Halifax within 20-30minutes.

If you are working shift work there are black out blinds and curtains in the bedroom.

The house is newly built (6 years old), has space for your studies as well as shared kitchen, living room, dining room and in-suite washer& dryer. There is off street parking available should you bring your car.

All utilities are included in this price.

There is potential that I'm away and you have the entire place to yourself, or if you want a ride to work I usually go for 7am 4-5 days a week to the IWK.
