I am a PGY 5 Ortho resident looking for a townhouse/house/larger condo for my family of three (2 adults, one infant) for an August 1st 2024 fellowship start at the HULC. We are hoping to get into a place one month early to get settled in but would appreciate even a couple weeks before Aug 1.

We are a pet free, non-smoking family and are hoping for at least 2 bed 2 bath accomodation with one parking space for a one year lease.
