Hi there,

I am a graduating medical student, who will be starting my 5-year residency training at UBC, where I will be mainly based in Vancouver (move-in date June 1st, 2024).

I am looking for a 1-bedroom apartment/place that is close or accessible to the Downtown Vancouver area (St. Paul's Hospital and the surrounding area) within approximately 30 mins of transit. My budget will be up to $2,800/month for a 1-year lease.

I want to find a place with the following: 1) Dishwasher, 2) Parking space with a storage locker, 3) Heating and air conditioning, 4) In-suite washer/dryer.
A den/office space will be a great bonus but not a necessity.

I have excellent landlord reference and credit.
