Our house is a triplex with the garden level suite on offer for up to 4 months in the spring and the fall with rentals beginning around Sept 1 and Jan 1. 8 months straight through could also be negotiated. The house is a Heritage B site and the suite has recently been completely renovated. We are beside the Arbutus Greenway - a major walking and bike route that connects into the rest of the Vancouver biking network. Our home is on an intersection that provides buses to four directions including to a sky train station with direct connection to the Vancouver Int. Airport, to UBC and into downtown.
