Here is an incredible living opportunity. We have a 1,100 square foot two bedroom, two bathroom apartment on the fifth floor, in the West End of Vancouver, one block from Stanley Park, two blocks from English Bay and two blocks from Denman Street. It has oversized windows for wonderful views of English Bay, Stanley Park and even the North Shore. There’s a common roof deck that’s great for outdoor meals or just hanging out. The apartment is fully furnished except for your bedroom and you get the ensuite bathroom. You get to take advantage of our long-term tenancy where the rent is well below market. It faces south and west, so lots of sunlight.

The only catch is that about 5% of the time, we (a married gay couple of 20+ years) come over to stay in the second bedroom and use the bathroom off the hallway. We live on Vancouver Island and occasionally come over to the apartment for an overnight, or a couple nights’ stay…but it’s rare, so you get this big apartment to yourself for about 95% of the time. And when we come over, we’re quiet and very respectful of you and your space. We’ve had very successful roommates in the past and our last one just bought her own condo.

We’re looking for a single person (yes, you can have a relationship, but only one person lives at the apartment).
