The Agreement is between you, the user, and MedsHousing Inc., the owner of the Site (“MedsHousing.com”, “we” or “us”).
Terms and Conditions
By using the Site, you agree to comply with all of the terms and conditions set out on this page of the Site. The right to use the Site is personal to you and is non-transferable. You are responsible for your own account(s) and listing(s) made on the Site (including safeguarding your username and password) and for ensuring that your account fully complies with the provisions of this Agreement.
MedsHousing.com is solely a listing service for property owners with available rental properties, and tenants seeking a place to live during their medical training. The Site provides a means for property owners to advertise their property for rent to the medical community. The Site is NOT a property management or a real-estate brokerage service.
When listing a property, you agree to adhere to the highest standards concerning your listing and your property. We encourage landlords to respond to inquiries with diligence. You agree that your listing(s) truthfully represent your property for rent. You are solely responsible for all aspects of the listing and property as described in your listing(s), including, but not limited to payment processing, fulfillment, delivery of keys and other materials, customer service, invoicing and collection.
As a landlord listing a property, you are solely and exclusively responsible for checking the local laws and regulations governing the rental of your property, including zoning requirements.
Every listing on the Site is for one housing unit only. Landlords may not list multiple units in a single listing, or “bait & switch” by offering a unit other than the one being advertised in a listing. We do offer special pricing for landlords with multiple units. Please contact us at
for more information.
MedsHousing.com aims to create a community of users focused on housing for the medical academic community. If a listing generates interest, you will be contacted through the Site messaging function. Listings may not contain email addresses, phone numbers, links to other websites, or any other personal or business identifiers.
Any arrangements between landlords and tenants as a result of listings on the Site are made independently of MedsHousing.com. We shall in no way be responsible for any claims, disagreements or misunderstandings that may occur between property owners and their tenants, or between tenants, or if any party defaults or disagrees with any other party.
You may choose to withdraw your listing(s) at any time. It is your responsibility to periodically review your listing(s).
You warrant and represent that you are the owner, or licensee, of all information and content contained in your listing(s), including but not limited to text, photographs, trademarks and any other material provided (the “Data”), and that you have the right to grant to MedsHousing.com the licence that follows. You agree to forever hold MedsHousing.com harmless with respect to any liabilities, claims, damages, costs or fees related to any breach of this section.

Upon written notification from you, reasonable efforts will be made to correct listing information not otherwise accessible to you. MedsHousing.com reserves the right to terminate listings. Properties may not be substituted without prior approval.
MedsHousing.com retains all rights, title and interest in all MedsHousing.com proprietary information embodied in the Site, including text, images, photographs, links, code and trademarks, and no licence therein is granted to you by MedsHousing.com nor is in any way implied by this Agreement. Always Use Common Sense
Landlords: Many cities have enacted strict bylaws governing short-term housing. If you are listing a home for rental, it is essential to familiarize yourself with all applicable laws and regulations: zoning, homeowners' association rules, business permitting, safety & health code requirements, and taxes. You are responsible for recording income and reporting all applicable taxes.
Landlords should ideally obtain references and check the creditworthiness of prospective tenants. A signed lease is always advisable. Landlords should check their insurance policy to make sure that rental of the property is authorised under the policy.
Tenants: Before renting a property do your homework and verify the existence and probity of the landlord. Never send money until you have established the identity of the landlord and of the property you are wanting to rent.
All Users: If an inquiry or listing seems questionable or fraudulent, please contact us immediately at .
