Furnished 2 bright fully furnished rooms in wellness center close to QEII HI site

I am a medical professional and owner of a wellness center a block from the QEII HSC HI site, 15 walk to Dal, IWK and VGH. I have rented to medical professionals for over 15 years. It is a shared space yet the center is a converted home and the upper floor is where docs have rented fully furnished quiet bright rooms with a living room and private deck with BBQ. Parking and many restaurants are abundant and groceries close by. The kitchen is shared but utilized by the tenant guest docs only, not staff. We all work on the 1st floor of the home part time. Its is bright, sunny and an exceptionally positive space with walls filled with original art and an authentic home feel as indeed it is our work and has been our real home in the past. Many docs, travelling RN, DI techs, social workers and more have called this place home for their time in Halifax. There is a laundromat across the street and one parking spot available however one would walk as its so close to the HI and other sites are a mere 15 minute walk, perhaps 20 to the Dal campus depending on which building. We are extremely selective about who we host so we would ask to do a virtual interview and of course would be more than pleased to host you.
