The Colby House two-bedroom apartments are fully furnished and move-in ready, with combined living, dining and kitchen spaces. The spacious bathroom has a rain shower and a large vanity with storage. The bright bedrooms have Silk & Snow mattresses, blackout curtains (good for post-call sleep) and closets. A large harvest table works for dinners in or having friends over. We make it easy to feel at home and keep your routines, however long you're here.

Located downtown in the Skeleton Park neighbourhood, within walking distance of Hotel Dieu, Kingston General Hospital, Queen's University and all the amenities you need (grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants).

We offer both short-term and long-term availability. Listed pricing is for short-term stays. Long-term rates are available and subject to negotiation, so reach out with your dates and we'll work something out.
