Furnished Green House by The River

Hello, My name is Ian and I live right in town in Huntsville. I have a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house that I live in partially, but I travel for work a lot so am not always home. I have two bedrooms for rent (1,500 per room per month). The people living there would technically be "my roommates" but again I am away from home more often than not. I am 28, into pretty much all sports and the outdoors. I have rented to travel nurses at the Huntsville Hospital in the past and it worked out great! The house is fully furnished making it super easy to move into. Wifi, all utilities, and heating are included in the rent. I have room for 3 cars in my driveway and there is no charge for parking at my house. I have a washer/dyer for laundry that is no charge.
