  • Smoking and Substances - No smoking or vaping indoors. No illegal substances. Marijuana must be stored and used outside.
  • Cleanliness - Keep unit clean and odor‑free. Bag trash weekly. Do not flush wipes or foreign objects. Report maintenance issues immediately.
  • Safety - Do not tamper with smoke or CO detectors or fire extinguishers. No candles, open flames.
  • Guests - Guests allowed but may not stay more than 2 nights per week without written approval. Tenant is accountable for guest behavior.
