The unit is equipped with all linens and cleaning supplies.  Small kitchen appliances, pots, dishes etc are all supplied. Monthly cleaning of the unit can be arranged.

The owners have experience renting to Ivey and medical tenants.  The property is pet-free and smoke-free.   

Parking available for one vehicle.

Preference for single occupancy.

Quick access to Medway Valley Heritage Forest Hiking trails.  The Masonville Mall shopping, grocery and entertainmanet node is a 25-minute walk or a 5-minute drive from the property.
