Hi! I'm a pediatric resident looking for a rental from February 2027 to January 2028. My husband (a teacher) and I are hoping to find a clean, pet-friendly home with a budget of up to $2,400/month.

We have a large husky who is well-loved and a bit chatty, so we'd love a place with some outdoor space where he can safely spend time. He gets multiple walks every day, but his favourite pastime—especially in the winter—is simply relaxing outside.
