I am an older medical student who is mature, very quiet and clean, responsible, and reliable.  I will be completing a clinical rotation at the AdventHealth:  Florida Sports and Family Health Center located at 309 W. Bass St. in Kissimmee, FL and need housing from October 19 through December 13, 2026 (8 weeks).

I am looking for a fully furnished and equipped studio, one-bedroom, or guest house apartment.  I would like to pay no more than $1500 per month including all utilities and wireless internet.  Additionally, the apartment needs to be as close to the clinic as possible (or be within a reasonable commute by car).   Not completely necessary, but I would also like a location with easy access to a major grocery store and selection of nearby fitness centers or gyms.
