Comfortable for a month and easy to settle into for longer, this approximately 560-square-foot suite provides a calm, practical home base for everyday life. 

Students on clinical rotations are welcome. The minimum booking is 31 nights. 

The suite includes a private bedroom with a queen bed and blackout window coverings for sleeping after night shifts, a comfortable living room, a flexible dining and work area, and a full kitchen with full-size appliances, a dishwasher, cookware, dishes, blender, an air fryer, and essential kitchen tools.

There is also a private bathroom with a full-size tub and shower, in-suite washer and dryer, PureFibre 1 Gigabit Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, heating, a designated driveway parking space and a private patio. All utilities are included. 

Royal Bay offers groceries, coffee, pharmacy services, restaurants, banking, coastal paths and green space. 

The suite suits medical students, residents, travelling nurses and other healthcare professionals on placements of a month or longer. Maximum two guests. Smoke- and vape-free. No pets. Availability, rates and rental requirements are confirmed before booking.
