Please note room is for one  occupant only, no secondary guest. This is a renovated lower level with its own exit/ entry. This private room has a queen bed, work desk and ensuite bathroom. All luxury laminate flooring, shared living room and shared large fully stocked kitchen with fridge and food storage room, as well pots/ pans, silverware, plates, bowls, etc.  You will be sharing the living space with another resident.  Parking is included with the stay, pls alert host ahead of time. We are also listed on Airbnb for review check, etc.
