Hello, my name is Emily Beeckmans, and I welcome medical students, residents, healthcare professionals, and other quiet, respectful tenants seeking comfortable accommodations close to LHSC.

Located in a safe and quiet neighbourhood at 28 Parliament Crescent, the home is just a 5-minute drive or 10-minute bus ride to LHSC. Many guests also enjoy the scenic 20-minute walk through the neighbourhood and nearby conservation trails.

A spacious private bedroom is currently available within my home. The room includes:

A Unique Living Arrangement

The bathroom is shared with me; however, I spend most nights at my boyfriend's home and am often away with my dog. As a result, tenants typically have the main living areas largely to themselves and enjoy a quiet, private atmosphere.

There are also two international students living in the basement apartment. They are respectful, independent, and generally keep to themselves. The upstairs and basement living spaces are separate, allowing for a peaceful environment for everyone.
