You can use our fully furnished bonus room anytime it is not being used by me, the owner (which is majority of the time since I do not live in house). Each furnished room has ceiling fan + floor lamp + lamp. You will be the sole renter upstairs, set apart from the master suite downstairs for added privacy. Quiet neighborhood with great proximity to downtown Phoenix, Tempe and Chandler. This house is approximately 15 mins driving distance from 6 major hospitals with easy access to 4 freeways. Valley metro Park & Ride, public transportation bus stops, grocery stores & restaurants are closeby. You will be living with one elderly couple (my parents) who are active senior citizens in their 70's. They are looking for renters who are quiet, respectful, and courteous. No pets, meat, alcohol, smoking, shoes allowed inside the house. Please enjoy your parties outside house. Open to monthly, short-term and long-term rentals. House amenities include: trash service, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, 2 fully covered parking spots, UTILITIES INCLUDED, package delivery address.
