This beautiful Victorian home which was built by Dr. Groves in 1875 is literally across the street from the old Groves Memorial Hospital. It is a 4 minute drive to the new Groves Memorial Hospital. It is also a block from downtown Fergus, which boasts of it quaint shops and beautifully renovated library. Our home has 3 large bedrooms for residents to choose from; each with its own ensuite bathroom. All sheets, towels, and blankets are provided. There is a fully equipped kitchenette, and a spacious lounge to eat/relax in with a TV to share if there is another resident. There is AC, and a washer/dryer is available to use when needed. Parking and Wifi are provided.
