A furnished guest bedroom in a cozy condo right in the heart of Ottawa, and steps away from a major transit hub (Bayview Station). Nestled in Hintonburg, a neighbourhood full of coffee shops, restaurants, and boutique shops.

Who am I: A female government employee in her mid 30s who welcomes interest in short term stays. The room: Includes a double bed, a desk & chair, closet, sheets & towels, wifi, utilities, A/C.

Shared spaces: Kitchen, dining room, 1.5 bathrooms, laundry (detergent provided). In the warm seasons the patio is also accessible.

Parking: On street parking (3 hours limit during the day and no limit from 7pm-7am) From January onwards an underground parking space may be available, TBD.

No smoking/no pets

9 min drive to Ottawa Civic Hospital and 15 min drive to the Ottawa Hospital General Campus (uOttawa Faculty of Medicine). The condo is located a 2-minute walk from Bayview Station, which is on both the O-train Line 1 and Line 2.
