The suite is located in a leafy neighbourhood close to lots of amenities on a quiet street. We are quite close to a small natural area called Bowker Creek with a bike and pedestrian path. Grocery stores and shopping are 2-3 blocks away. A high school track for running is close. Best of all a sandy beach (Willow's Beach) is about 10-15 minutes walking distance. Downtown Oak Bay with shopping, coffee shops, restaurants and other amenities is an easy walking distance. Oak Bay is a very safe and conformable area to live. Downtown Victoria is a 15-minute single bus ride away.
