Newly renovated, completely separate downstairs suite with a private key-code entrance. The suite includes one bedroom, one bathroom, a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private washer and dryer. A dedicated driveway parking space is also available.

The suite is located on the lower level of our family home. We are a family of four with two children who live upstairs. The suite is private and separate from our living space, but you may occasionally hear normal household activity during the day. If you work night shifts, please let us know in advance so we can discuss whether the space will be a good fit. We do our best to be considerate, but with children in the house, we cannot guarantee complete daytime quiet.

We also have a cat who lives upstairs and does not have access to the suite. Please let us know if you have significant cat allergies.

Location

The suite is in a quiet, leafy Oak Bay neighbourhood, approximately a 20-minute walk (about 1 km) to Royal Jubilee Hospital. There are grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and other amenities nearby.

Willows Beach is approximately a 15-minute walk away, and the village of Oak Bay—with its coffee shops, restaurants, shops, and other services—is also within easy walking distance. There is a nearby high school track that is popular for running and walking.

Downtown Victoria is easily accessible by a direct bus, with approximately a 15-minute ride.

Oak Bay is a quiet, comfortable, and highly desirable neighbourhood, making the suite a convenient home base for hospital stays, work assignments, visiting professionals, or an extended stay in Victoria.
